If you are a Lightworker, chances are high you will greatly appreciate all the varied content in this comprehensive book from Sahvanna Arienta, Lightworker: Understand Your Sacred Role as Healer, Guide and Being of Light. It is a wonderful collection of insights, explanations, and overviews of our work, purposes, differences and value during this era in human consciousness.
If you have no idea what a Lightworker is, but feel a bit curious, this book may create a stirring within you to explore more. If you think a Lightworker is someone who tinkers around with lightbulbs and is employed by a local electric company, then you may be highly confused by the following review and description.
In her debut publication, Sahvanna (such a lovely name!) explores the different types of Lightworkers in the world and the various work we are all here to do. I was so excited by the variety of information included in one resource that I didn't read it in order. In fact, I had a hard time focusing because I wanted to jump around to the next chapter or go back to another section. There's a lot of content that I haven't found anywhere else and that's one of my favorite features - the original, insightful points. Sahvanna weaves in her personal stories, as well as anecdotal examples from clients, to communicate the depth and healing gifts of Lightworker energy.
Some highlights from Lightworker include:
- The necessity of light and dark on the planet
- Different types of intuitive skills and how to develop them more fully
- Separate chapters on Sensitivity, Empathy, Awareness, Psychic Abilities, and Intuition (Each of these chapters has a lot of information - loved that.)
- The power of belief in yourself and feeling different in the world
- Taking care of yourself properly: physically, spiritually, emotionally, and financially
- The seven planes of Lightworkers (One of my favorite sections - fascinating and validating!)
Third-plane: Oprah, Princess Diana, and Abraham Lincoln
Fourth-plane: Van Gogh, John Lennon and Shakespeare
Fifth-plane: Deepak Chopra, Plato, Gandhi and Albert Einstein
Sixth-plane: Jesus Christ, Buddha, Mother Mary
- Soul contracts and relationship agreements
- And so much more. Really, there's a lot here.
She doesn't dive deeply into every section, but I felt that was a good thing because it could have been overwhelming. Instead she provides a really affirming overlook of the essence and purpose of Lightworkers in a way that I haven't come across before. I really appreciate that. Which you probably already figured out was my opinion.
No matter where you are on your journey to higher consciousness, this book may have some new information to offer you because of how much content is covered in 250 pages. You can find Lightworker on the publisher's website, as well as on Kindle, Nook and Amazon.com
If you decide to read it, let me know your thoughts!
